• المهام والمسؤوليات
• إدارة مشروع صيانة وتشغيل أنظمة الحريق على مستوى جميع فروع العميل بالمملكة
• الإشراف المباشر على مهندسي المناطق والفنيين ومتابعة الأداء اليومي
• استقبال التقارير الفنية من فرق المناطق ومراجعتها وتحليل الأعطال والحلول المقترحة
• إعداد تقارير دورية شاملة للعميل عن حالة الأنظمة ونسب الإنجاز
• إعداد عروض الأسعار للإصلاحات والأعمال الإضافية ورفعها للعميل للاعتماد
• تحديد احتياجات المواد وقطع الغيار ورفع طلبات الشراء ومتابعة التوريد
• التنسيق مع فرق التنفيذ لضمان إنجاز الإصلاحات وفق الوقت والجودة المطلوبة
• التنسيق مع قسم الحسابات لإصدار الفواتير الخاصة بالأعمال المنفذة
• مراجعة الفواتير قبل إرسالها للعميل والتأكد من مطابقتها للأعمال المعتمدة
• متابعة التحصيل المالي مع العميل بالتنسيق مع الإدارة المالية
• إدارة العقود ومتابعة الالتزام ببنود SLA ومستويات الخدمة
• متابعة مؤشرات الأداء ورفع خطط التحسين المستمر
• تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الدورية والوقائية لأنظمة إنذار الحريق والإطفاء
• فحص واختبار اللوحات، الحساسات، الكواشف، الرشاشات، المضخات، وصمامات التحكم
• متابعة الأعطال وتحليل أسبابها وإجراء الإصلاحات اللازمة
• إعداد خطط الصيانة السنوية والطارئة
• التأكد من الالتزام بمعايير السلامة المهنية أثناء العمل
• متابعة قطع الغيار والاحتياجات الفنية ورفع طلبات الشراء
• إعداد التقارير الفنية عن حالة الأنظمة والملاحظات الفنية
• الشروط والمؤهلات المطلوبة:
• المؤهل العلمي
• بكالوريوس هندسة (كهرباء / ميكانيكا / ميكاترونكس).
• الخبرة
• خبرة من 3 إلى 7 سنوات (أو حسب مستوى الوظيفة) في صيانة وتشغيل أنظمة الحريق.
• خبرة عملية في أنظمة الإنذار والإطفاء بالمباني أو المصانع أو المشاريع الكبرى.
• المهارات الفنية
• معرفة جيدة بأكواد ومعايير NFPA والكود المحلي
• خبرة في أنظمة إنذار الحريق مثل Simplex / Gent أو ما يعادلها
• معرفة بأنظمة الإطفاء Sprinkler ، FM200، CO2، Fire Pumps
• القدرة على قراءة المخططات الكهربائية والميكانيكية
• خبرة في اختبار وتشغيل اللوحات والبرمجة الأساسية عند الحاجة
• القدرة على إعداد التقارير الفنية وخطط الصيانة

• Job Title: Fire Alarm and Suppression Systems Maintenance and Operation Engineer
• Job Objective: To manage, operate, and maintain fire systems for a multi-branch project across the Kingdom, supervising teams of engineers and technicians in all regions, ensuring rapid response to malfunctions, improving system efficiency, and achieving customer satisfaction through effective technical, operational, and financial management.

Duties

• Manage the maintenance and operation of fire systems across all client branches in the Kingdom.
• Directly supervise regional engineers and technicians and monitor their daily performance.
• Receive and review technical reports from regional teams, analyze faults, and propose solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive periodic reports for the client on system status and completion rates.
• Prepare price quotations for repairs and additional work and submit them to the client for approval.
• Identify material and spare parts requirements, submit purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure repairs are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with the accounting department to issue invoices for completed work.
• Review invoices before sending them to the client to ensure they match the approved work.
• Follow up on financial collections with the client in coordination with the finance department.
• Manage contracts and monitor compliance with SLAs and service levels.
• Monitor performance indicators and submit continuous improvement plans.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on fire alarm and extinguishing systems.
• Inspect and test panels, sensors, detectors, sprinklers, pumps, and control valves.
• Monitor faults, analyze their causes, and perform necessary repairs.
• Prepare annual and emergency maintenance plans.
• Ensure compliance. Adhering to occupational safety standards during work
• Monitoring spare parts and technical needs and submitting purchase orders
• Preparing technical reports on system status and technical observations

Required Qualifications

Academic Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics).

Experience

• 3 to 7 years of experience (or as per job level) in the maintenance and operation of fire systems.
• Practical experience with alarm and fire suppression systems in buildings, factories, or large projects.

Technical Skills

• Sound knowledge of NFPA codes and standards and local codes
• Experience with fire alarm systems such as Simplex/Gent or equivalent
• Knowledge of fire suppression systems such as Sprinkler, FM200, CO2, and Fire Pumps
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams
• Experience in testing and operating control panels and basic programming when required
• Ability to prepare technical reports and maintenance plans
