Overview

• The position Owner is in charge of the invoicing as part of the "Trading" commercial activity with the Airlines, the OEMs, the MRO organization and the brokers:
• Ensure that invoices and credit memos sent by suppliers are reviewed, checked and booked accordingly in Quantum following the process of booking invoices or credit memos
• Present any concern to Finance in case of discrepancy in invoice received
• Ensure all records are maintained accordingly (electronic & physical)
• Follow up with customers for overdue to ensure invoices are paid on time and with traders if their help is required. Send SOA to Management regularly with highlights on the risks and expected payment for the month
• Maintain a detailed report for Operations cost (based on invoices we receive)
• Raise and manage purchase request for any requirement within TAO operation, any queries related to it.
• Communicate with suppliers who are following up on payments
• Send weekly situation on overdues by customer
• 1.
• The position Owner also assists the Finance manager in the region.
• To carry out daily tasks as per payment received (booking of AR in Quantum for CACIB and Netting) and payment done to suppliers (booking of AP)
• Transfer AP and AR to close the credit memo or payment in advance
• Extract all the reports required in PBI for the monthly closing
• Preparation of Monthly JV’s for the closings
• Maintain Time-AP Quantum inbox and send booking of invoices in SAP
• Liaising with traders / vendors / customers
• Prepare the list of payments to be done in CACIB and Netting
• Assist in end of year audit exercise
• Operations and Marketing cost analysis to be done monthly
• Establishes and maintain effective employee working relationship
• Foster team engagement
• Maintain & follow correct documentation procedures
• Prepare adhoc analysis if required
• He/she has a role of associate for Finance.
• He/she informs his hierarchy via activity and performance reports in order to:
• Pilot as accurately as possible the Finance objectives
• Identify any need for clarification and communicate with our team
• Contribute to the global enhancement of this activity processes
• Performing tasks and projects as required by management
