ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Must contribute to team activities which would include process and safety improvement.
  • Reads process sheets to process castings to customers required dimensions and tolerances.
  • Safely operate/utilize high speed band saws, belt grinders, trim presses and testing equipment to process parts to specifications detailed on operations sheet.
  • Checks oil on band saw machine daily and informs supervisor if oil needs to be changed.
  • Checks saw blade and abrasive belts daily and change as needed using new or sharpened blades.
  • Verifies conformance to specifications while performing the air grinding/ salvage operations.
  • Safely operate conveyor system and shot blast equipment.
  • Inspect and pack castings/products per customer requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Maintains cleanliness of work area.
  • We are looking for full time positions on 2nd shift.

Current Work Schedule

  • Monday – Thursday, 10 hours, 2:30pm – 12:30am
  • Fridays and Saturdays are reserved for overtime based off production requirements – currently working Fridays and a couple Saturdays a month

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Good verbal and written communication

Ability to work independently

Strong Attention to details

Pre-employment physical and drug screening required.
