Finishing Painter

About This Role

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Finishing Painter to perform high-quality painting works for fit-out, maintenance, and renovation projects. The role includes work on residential and commercial sites, as well as painting tasks in the company warehouse. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in surface preparation, finishing, and use of painting equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial projects.

* Carry out painting works for fit-out, renovation, maintenance, and warehouse requirements

* Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and filling cracks

* Apply paint, varnish, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray machines

* Ensure smooth, even, and high-quality finishing

* Mix and match paint colors as required

* Operate painting machines such as spray guns and sanding tools etc.

* Perform touch-ups, repainting, and minor repair works

* Maintain tools and ensure proper use of materials

* Follow safety standards and site regulations

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Finishing Painter (fit-out/renovation experience required)

* Knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and finishing standards

* Ability to operate painting machines and equipment

* Experience in maintenance and repair works

* Ability to work on-site and in warehouse environments

* Physically fit and able to meet project deadlines

* Good color matching and mixing skills

* Time management and reliability

* Team player with good attitude
