Overview

• **Ability to read, interpret construction drawings to ensure works are executed according to engineer approved drawings Ensure quality of works by assigning skilled tradesman, quality checks, usage of proper/Approved materials etc. Briefing method statements to work force.**
• **Perform installation on site of kitchen, wardrobes, vanity's, doors ETC...**
• **Fully Understanding cutting lipping and assembly of cabinets**
• **Understanding the factory division A-Z**
• **Knowledge of paint, veneer and lamination**
• **Preparing cutting list and material for projects required.**
• **Perform measuring and cutting as per design.**
• **Understanding woodworking machinery.**
• **Obeying workplace safety rules.**
• **Collaborating with other design and construction specialists.**
• **Keeping the workspace and tools clean.**
• **Understand site allowable productivity for various activities & ensure site team achieves the same. Efficient deployment of manpower, use of plant & machineries to improve productivity.**
• **Encourage team work amongst operatives Good communication skills to ensure the team understands & achieve the goals. Act in line with values & behaviour.**
• **Understand the issues faced by operatives & support them for their overall development.**
