About the Role
Restaurant del Museu del Vermut is seeking an experienced **Fine Dining Sommelier** to join our hospitality team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for beverage expertise, guest wine service, beverage pairing recommendations, and supporting an elevated dining experience aligned with fine dining standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate and manage wine and beverage selections in line with the restaurant concept
- Provide professional wine recommendations and food pairing guidance to guests
- Maintain wine list accuracy, inventory oversight, and stock management procedures
- Ensure proper wine storage, handling, and service standards
- Collaborate with culinary and management teams on beverage pairing strategies and menu development
- Support team knowledge through product education and beverage training
- Monitor beverage quality, supplier coordination, and purchasing requirements
- Maintain high standards of guest interaction and fine dining service delivery
- Stay informed about industry trends, regions, producers, and beverage developments
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or premium restaurant environments
- Previous experience as Sommelier, Head Sommelier, or beverage specialist preferred
- Strong knowledge of wines, beverage service standards, and food pairing principles
- Experience with inventory management, wine list administration, and supplier relationships
- Professional communication and guest service skills
- Knowledge of international wines, vermouth, and premium beverage programs is an advantage
- WSET certification, Court of Master Sommeliers training, or equivalent qualification preferred
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
