Role Description
Reso is hiring a strategic financial expert specializing in financial sustainability within the housing sector for an on-site role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Duration
3 months (on-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze the financial statements of entities and prepare a unified financial plan
- Propose strategies to maximize returns
- Identify integration opportunities between companies to enhance efficiency
- Identify opportunities to improve financial sustainability based on financial statement analysis
- Develop an integrated financial sustainability plan for the housing sector
- Job skills and requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in financial analysis or financial consulting, preferably within the government or semi-government sector
- Experience in managing or analyzing subsidiaries (holding/group structures)
- Expertise in preparing and analyzing consolidated financial statements
- Strong understanding of government financial systems and governance
- Ability to link financial goals with developmental and national objectives
- Advanced skills in financial modelling and strategic planning
- Experience in cash flow management and improving spending efficiency
- Strong communication skills for engaging with executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, SOCPA, or equivalent are preferred
