Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manager to lead our financial reporting function in Doha. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all financial statements and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements
- Manage consolidation of financial data across departments or entities
- Analyze financial results and provide meaningful insights to senior management
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes
- Develop and improve financial reporting processes, systems, and controls
- Monitor accounting policies and ensure consistent application across the organization
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities with accurate financial data
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is highly preferred
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems/ERP tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
