Your Role
You will drive the FP&A agenda across the business, working closely with finance and operational leadership to strengthen forecasting accuracy, budgeting discipline, and performance tracking.
The role is highly business-facing and suited to someone who can connect financial data with commercial and operational realities, providing insights that influence strategy, profitability, and overall business performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the organization
- Build financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives and operational planning
- Track financial performance against targets and highlight key risks, trends, and improvement areas
- Deliver meaningful management reporting and business performance insights to leadership teams
- Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders to improve cost visibility and financial control
- Analyze profitability, operating costs, and working capital performance across business units
- Support investment evaluations, business cases, and long-range planning initiatives
- Improve planning processes, reporting accuracy, and overall financial reporting efficiency
- Ensure reliability and consistency of financial information across systems and reports
- Contribute to strategic discussions by providing actionable financial recommendations
Must Have
- 8–12 years of experience within FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance roles
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting
- Prior experience within the FMCG sector is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate numbers into business insights
- Experience using ERP platforms and reporting tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA are advantageous
- Arabic language (Must)
