Job Purpose

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and analysis operations:
• + Consolidate and interpret company’s financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
• + Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances
• + Manage the preparation of the company’s budget and rolling forecasts
• Finance and business partnership
• + Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement One sentence about main responsibility
• + Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput
• + Engage in ongoing cost efficiency in all areas of the company
• + Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement
• + Support decision making process at operational level with the area managers and department heads.
• + Assist in the determination of product pricing and value chain analysis
• Strategic guidance
• + Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction
• + Lead business cases for strategic initiatives

Qualifications & Experience Required

Experience (years)

• Minimum 5 years of experience

Technical Skills

• Strong financial analysis and forecasting
• Advanced SAP and Excel skills
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
• IFRS knowledge

Languages Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix organization
