Part-time FP&A Manager role based in Dubai with a hybrid arrangement combining on-site collaboration and work from home.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, monitor KPIs, and provide insights for strategic and operational decisions.
Develop and maintain financial models; support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
Perform variance and trend analyses.
Partner with cross-functional teams to assess performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend profitability and efficiency improvements.
Improve reporting processes and tools to support timely, accurate, compliant financial information.

Strong financial planning and finance skills, with experience supporting management decisions.
Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities for scenario analysis and performance evaluation.
Budgeting and forecasting expertise, including planning cycles and forecast updates.
Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
ACCA, CPA, or CFA certification is an advantage.
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools; ERP systems and BI platforms are beneficial.
Attention to detail, clear communication of complex data, independent work, prioritization, and deadline management.
International or multi-entity experience and familiarity with UAE regional regulatory and financial practices are a plus.
