About the organization

Responsibilities

• Deliver online training in financial modeling, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop lesson plans, presentations, exercises, case studies, and practical modeling assignments.
• Teach integrated financial statements, cash flow forecasts, operating models, and scenario analyses.
• Demonstrate Excel techniques, formulas, model structuring, and accuracy and transparency practices.
• Explain KPIs, profitability drivers, working capital, and financial performance measurement.
• Teach sensitivity analysis, assumption testing, valuation fundamentals, and decision-support modeling.
• Review learner assignments and provide constructive feedback on modeling quality.
• Use realistic business cases to teach financial planning, resource allocation, and strategic decisions.
• Keep materials current and adapt coaching to learner skill levels and development objectives.

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills and experience building financial models, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, scenario planning, and business performance management.
• Able to explain complex finance concepts through clear examples and structured instruction.
• Three or more years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline preferred.
• Coaching, tutoring, corporate training, or professional education experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Power BI, financial planning systems, or other analytical tools is an advantage.
• Able to independently manage online sessions and provide timely learner feedback.
