Financial Modelers
to join our team and contribute to the analytical and financial work that sits at the heart of these engagements.
Position Overview
We are seeking Financial Modelers with strong foundation in finance and accounting, and proven experience building and working with financial models.
The candidates must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights that support business, investment, and strategic decision-making.
Ideal candidates will bring approximately 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, financial modelling, valuation, transaction support, corporate finance, or related disciplines.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate hands-on experience developing financial models rather than simply maintaining existing ones, with a solid understanding of financial statements and their underlying drivers.
A CFA qualification (or progress through the CFA Program) and/or recognised financial modelling certifications will be highly desirable.
This is an urgent hiring requirement, and candidates who are available to join immediately or within a short notice period will be viewed favourably.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and refine comprehensive financial models to support forecasting, investment strategies, funding decisions, and business planning.
- Conduct feasibility analyses and market studies to support expansion plans, new projects, and investment opportunities, informing the financial models to build
- Conduct quantitative analysis and interpret financial and operational data to assess overall business performance, identify growth opportunities, and evaluate potential risks.
- Analyze financial statements and key performance metrics to produce clear insights, recommendations, and decision-support materials.
- Contribute to the design and execution of strategic restructuring, expansion, and investment initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial assumptions, analyses, and outputs align with strategic and operational realities.
- Prepare financial reports, analysis decks, investment summaries, and presentations with clarity, accuracy, and precision.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to financial modelling standards across all financial workstreams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Approximately 3 years of hands-on experience in financial analysis, financial modelling, corporate finance, consulting, or related roles, including direct experience building and working with financial models. High-level proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, structured modeling logic, and data visualization.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business performance drivers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple analytical tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
