What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional financial counseling support by helping patients understand insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs
  • Meet with patients to discuss payment options and financial assistance programs
  • Verify insurance eligibility and explain benefits clearly
  • Assist with Medicaid and financial assistance applications
  • Build trust with patients during stressful financial situations
  • Collaborate with care teams and revenue cycle departments
  • Maintain accurate documentation across multiple systems

  • For this US-based position, the base pay range is $15.43 - $20.82 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
