Finance Manager And Financial Controller
for a Brand in Dubai
Following the appointment of the CFO, we recommend commencing the recruitment of a Finance Manager / Financial Controller.
The CFO can actively participate in the selection process to ensure alignment with the future finance structure, reporting requirements, and organizational objectives.
Qualification
- CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, ACA, or equivalent.
Experience
- 6–10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in managing accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Exposure to international businesses and ERP systems preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Support group reporting and audit requirements.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Assist with ERP implementation and process improvements.
- Support tax, VAT, and transfer pricing compliance activities.
