The Strategy
RGM Insights LLC delivers advanced corporate revenue growth management, behavioral data analytics, and market simulation platforms for global brands.
Operating from our regional hub in the Al Dafna Diplomatic Area, we are bringing on a senior Financial Controller to manage our local corporate accounting, statutory compliance, and commercial fiscal strategies.
This isn’t a standard bookkeeping role; you will oversee our complete Gulf-region corporate treasury, tax planning, and strategic budget forecasting, ensuring our operational expansions align with strict profitability matrixes.
Key Execution Points
- Take full ownership of monthly, quarterly, and fiscal year-end financial closures and corporate balance sheet reporting.
- Direct localized corporate tax planning, including cross-border transaction compliance and Qatar corporate tax filings.
- Analyze internal product margins, software deployment costs, and advisory service yields to optimize resource allocation.
- Manage corporate liquidity, treasury actions, cash-flow modeling, and regional banking relationships.
- Establish robust internal internal control structures to safeguard enterprise assets and guide annual external audit cycles.
The Criteria
- 7 to 11 years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience, specifically within data analytics, tech consultancy, or corporate service sectors.
- Advanced mastery of IFRS accounting frameworks, corporate tax structures, and multi-currency enterprise consolidation.
- Extensive experience designing financial models and working directly with enterprise-grade ERP platforms.
- A university degree in Accounting or Finance, backed by a major professional charter such as a CPA, ACCA, or CMA.
