Job Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Systems Excellence - Delivers accurate financial reporting in line with IFRS and internal governance, serves as an SAP and financial systems expert, resolves complex reporting and system issues, and drives system integration and transformation initiatives to improve financial processes and organizational performance.
- Performance Metrics & Forward-Looking Analysis - Analyzes financial KPIs (P&L, ROACE, capital efficiency), assessing strategic decisions' financial impact, and delivering executive-level performance insights and accountability reporting.
- Process Improvement & Transformation Leadership Performs end-to-end finance process optimization, system integration, and transformation initiatives, ensuring enhanced efficiency, accuracy, and insight in financial operations.
- Champions automation, standardization, and control improvements while fostering cross-functional collaboration and maintaining robust governance and audit readiness.
