Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Finance Specialist to work on a contractor basis.

This role involves applying your finance expertise to train and refine next-generation AI systems, ensuring their outputs align with real-world financial standards.

Your work will directly contribute to improving how AI models learn, reason, and perform in finance domains, bridging human intelligence with machine learning.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI while leveraging your domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Critically review and analyze finance-related interview content for accuracy, clarity, and applicability to AI training.
  • Assess and refine AI-generated materials to enhance their effectiveness and reliability in financial contexts.
  • Evaluate content alignment with accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide expert feedback on finance-related AI training data.
  • Ensure high-quality input that reflects real-world financial scenarios and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling with a strong understanding of core principles.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards, and ability to apply them in practical scenarios.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and corporate finance principles.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including data interpretation and reporting.
  • Ability to assess risks, interpret financial data, and provide accurate, detailed feedback.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in evaluating complex financial content.
