HORIBA UK is hiring a full-time, permanent Finance Analyst in Northampton.

The role produces financial information and analysis to help managers understand business performance.
What you’ll do
- Prepare month-end journals, reconciliations, management accounts, and weekly and monthly reports.
- Provide variance analysis and clear financial commentary.
- Coordinate monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
- Partner with sales and operational teams to review revenues and costs.
- Provide financial analysis and suggest improvements to controls, reporting, and automation.
What you’ll bring
- Part-qualified or studying toward CIMA, ACCA, or AAT, or equivalent finance-environment experience.
- Practical month-end, forecasting, and budgeting experience.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to handle large data volumes.
- Organisation, prioritisation, deadline management, and collaborative communication skills.
- Confidence explaining financial information to non-finance colleagues.
- SAP experience in manufacturing or FMCG and reporting automation knowledge are welcome but not essential.
Workplace
- Work location is described as hybrid remote in Northampton.
- Reliable commute or planned relocation to Northampton NN3 6FL is required.
