Role Overview
The Financial Analyst, Management Reporting supports Brightspeed's enterprise financial accounting activities through internal and external financial reporting, month-end close, and performance analysis.
This role partners with cross-functional business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights, maintain financial models, and support data-driven decision-making that enables the company's strategic and operational objectives.

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
- CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification.
- Experience in the telecommunications, technology, or infrastructure industry.
- Experience supporting enterprise planning, executive reporting, or management reporting functions.
- Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Physical Demands & Work Conditions
- Primarily office-based work performed in a hybrid or corporate office environment.
- Regular use of computers and standard office equipment.
- Minimal travel may be required (typically less than 10%).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, financial reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or a related analytical finance role.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Experience with accounting and reporting systems such as SAP, Hyperion/Essbase, or similar ERP platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
