Responsibilities

  • Monthly closing: • Analyze processes, material variances, downstream impacts of particulars accounts at operational level. • Draw correlations between service lines as well as seasonal factors.
  • Data handling, report generation, and review: • Cultivation of drillable and reviewable reports for manager(s). • Aid dashboard creation and furnishment to the larger operational team.
  • Analytical Duties, budgeting, and financial analyses: • Develop and refine budgeting methods and models
  • Customer Service: • Assist operational groups in understanding workstreams and reporting impacts. • Facilitate metric reporting through the various tools including but not exclusive to Oracle, Tableau, & Smartview
  • Special Projects: • Building knowledge base within Stratajazz software and offering expertise to new team users. • Any additional projects and ad hoc analysis as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned
