Financial Analyst (FP&A)
- to join our Corporate Finance team in Houston, Texas.
- This highly visible role supports financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and business analytics across a growing national organization.
- This position is fully on-site at Belmont Village's Corporate Office in Houston, Texas.
- Limited travel may be required.
- Partnering closely with executive leadership, you'll transform complex data into actionable business insights that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze monthly budget-to-actual and forecast variances
- Assist with annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning
- Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
- Prepare reports for leadership, lenders, and business partners
- Support operational and financial benchmarking initiatives
- Develop insights and reporting tools that drive business performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, consulting, business analytics, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with Power BI, Vena, SQL, Python, VBA, or other analytics tools is a plus
