Position overview
Provide analytical and reporting support for the bank's business lines.
Help prepare the company-wide rolling forecast and annual budget.
Responsibilities
- Liaise between Finance and business partners and deliver financial analytics for assigned business lines.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting comparing actuals with prior years, forecasts, and budgets.
- Analyze financial statements, trends, variances, and management requests.
- Support month-end close and accuracy of management reporting with accounting and business partners.
- Contribute to the annual budget and update short- and long-range forecasts.
- Create reports and dashboards using financial management software and recommend reporting improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or economics required.
- At least one year of financial analysis or accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong communication, organization, presentation, analytical, and leadership skills; attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, meet tight timeframes, learn quickly, and adapt to change.
- Axiom software experience is a plus.

- Professional office setting, primarily sedentary computer work, with movement through office buildings to obtain or relay information.
