Pay
- Pay range is $75,000 per year.

Finance Leadership Development Program
The five-year Quest Finance Leadership Development Program is designed for motivated students seeking finance experience and preparation for future finance management roles.

Role responsibilities
- Perform financial analyses and month-end reporting, and provide recommendations.
- Analyze large datasets using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to develop insights.
- Interpret financial data for internal and external Finance partners.
- Develop business strategy, execute shareholder-value initiatives, and benchmark competitive position.
- Rotations may include financial planning and analysis, strategic pricing, capital investment and analysis, treasury, and internal audit.
Candidate qualifications
- Candidates must be working toward a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; Spring 2026 graduation is preferred.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required.
- Strong financial and analytical skills are required.
- Candidates should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, completing tasks, and pursuing continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration, relationship-building, communication, independent work, and teamwork skills are required.
- Strong PC skills, including Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, and Word, are required.
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement is required.
- Prior finance and/or healthcare experience is a plus.
