Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Financial Analyst role for UAE.

The Financial Analyst will analyze financial data, prepare and interpret financial reports, and support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring key performance metrics, analyzing revenue streams and cost drivers, and providing insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

The role will involve preparing and reviewing financial statements and management reports, assisting with variance analysis, and supporting the development of financial models for scenario planning.

The Financial Analyst will collaborate with leadership, operations, and business development teams to support strategic decisions and ensure accurate, timely financial information.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Finance, with practical experience in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting Financial Statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms).
  • Familiarity with KPI tracking, performance dashboards, and management reporting in a services or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA, CIMA) are a plus.
  • Comfort working in a remote, distributed environment with cross-functional teams across time zones.
