About This Role
1.Perform in-depth analysis of financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
2. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment between local reports and global systems.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Admin, Commercial Excellence, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate monthly accrual submissions to Corporate Finance team.
4. Contribute and assist in month end closing activities & to ensure accurate results and financial records. Ensure all expenditures are appropriately booked and compliant with GAAP and Abbott policies.
5. Assist the FP&A Manager in monthly consolidation of actuals analysis and commentaries
6. Prepare monthly SG&A dashboard and identify major variances, one off items, and cost drivers.
7. Assist in preparing templates, collecting input, and performing data checks for the Annual Budgets and quarterly RLBEs cycle and support FP&A Manager with assumptions, and consolidation inputs
8. Design and maintain structured financial dashboards and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
9. Analyze Capital Expenditure and project expense variances (Actuals vs Plan/RLBE)
10. Participating in process improvement projects to enhance FP&A efficiency and accuracy
11. Support the management in special projects, ad hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives.
