Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team.
The ideal candidate will provide insights, perform in-depth financial analysis, and support strategic decision-making to drive the company’s growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Monitor key financial metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in preparing financial presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in hospitality or related industries.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
