Compensation
- The stated base salary range is $82,000–$92,000 per year.
Accountabilities
- Prepare monthly management reports, analyze key performance metrics, and create reports and presentations.
- Maintain finance support systems, models, and databases and conduct business and statistical analysis.
- Support financial forecasting and planning through data analysis.
- Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, gathering information from departments and stakeholders.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts every two weeks and analyze variances.
- Prepare monthly grower risk reports for growers with loans.
- Improve budgets and forecasting models through business process analysis, using Excel or VBA.
- Participate in or lead forecasting projects and track deliverables and deadlines.
Required knowledge and abilities
- Requires a university degree and a strong understanding of accounting principles; CPA, MBA, or equivalent years of experience is described as necessary for success.
- Requires advanced knowledge of accounting, finance, data warehouse systems, business data analysis, and company finance procedures.
- Requires advanced Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, Power Query, VBA, and linked workbooks.
- Requires knowledge of process improvement, continuous improvement, and project management.
- Requires organization, prioritization, communication, analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of SQL basics is desirable.
