Role overview

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and perform valuation analyses using discounted cash flow and comparable company methods.
• Prepare client reports, financial analyses, and presentations.
• Work with senior advisors, business owners, and CFOs during client engagements.
• Support valuations for financial reporting, ESOPs, and corporate transactions.
• Manage project deadlines and collaborate with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• One to two years of accounting or corporate finance experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, attention-to-detail, and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Interest in pursuing the CFA or ASA designation.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% as needed.
• U.S. citizenship or green card authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.

Compensation and benefits

• Total compensation is $72,800–$83,200 per year.
