The company seeks a Financial Analyst with 2–3 years of relevant experience to support and manage financial operations.

The position is fully remote and responsible for day-to-day financial reporting and analysis.
What you’ll do
- Manage day-to-day accounting records, maintain books in QuickBooks, and finalize monthly and year-end accounts.
- Prepare budgets, financial plans, forecasts, projections, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Compare actual performance with budgets and forecasts, explain significant variances, and monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, and overall performance.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and summaries; manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Review entries, maintain accurate records and supporting transaction documentation, and keep records organized and timely.
- Assist with financial planning and decisions; coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers when required.
- Help improve accounting, reporting, and financial processes as the company grows.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports; QuickBooks experience; strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Experience finalizing accounts; strong analytical and numerical skills; excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of financial responsibilities; strong written and verbal communication.
- ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
Work arrangement
- Fully remote.

Comfortable working across accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis rather than basic bookkeeping alone.
