The Financial Analyst reports to the Decision Support Coordinator.

The role performs reporting, data analysis, cost accounting, budgeting, and project work to support Aultman Health System decision-making.

The Finance Department supports financial sustainability through reporting, analysis, budgeting, and informed resource allocation across departments.

The department collaborates with teams to provide accurate financial information and support hospital operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
Prior Finance or Accounting experience is preferred.
Candidates should have strong communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
The role requires independent in-depth analysis, customer service, multitasking, prioritization, strategic thinking, and careful handling of confidential information.

Provide comprehensive reporting that supports key financial decisions.
Analyze financial trends and indicators and thoroughly review internal and external data.
Participate in team projects related to organizational strategic goals.
Complete ad hoc reporting and data analysis as needed.
Collaborate with coworkers and other departments.

Full-time, day shift, generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, or hours required by the job.
Work may involve frequent interruptions and changes in priority.

The role is classified as Category III, with no expected occupational exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.
