Responsibilities
- Assist the auditor with annual financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Assist with VAT return preparation and filing.
- Maintain petty cash records and documentation; prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
- Perform routine accounting entries and maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online.
- Prepare Excel spreadsheets, reports, and financial workings.
- Organize accounting documents and supporting records.
- Coordinate with the auditor and management to provide financial information.
- Perform other general accounting and finance-related duties as required.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel is required.
- Understanding of VAT procedures and return filing is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Able to maintain records, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Accounting or audit-support experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–8,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
