Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Accountant role based in Dubai.

The Financial Accountant will prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.

The role includes managing daily accounting entries, maintaining general ledgers, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

The Financial Accountant will handle financial reporting for management and stakeholders, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and provide analytical insights to support investment and operational decisions.

The role also involves working closely with internal teams, external auditors, and advisors to ensure timely reporting and strong financial controls.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant standards and regulations.
Experience preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient Analytical Skills for variance analysis, reconciliations, and data-driven decision support.
Hands-on experience with Accounting Software and ERP systems, including advanced Excel skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
Knowledge of UAE accounting and tax environment, including IFRS familiarity, is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
