Financial reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
General ledger and reconciliations
- Manage general ledger accounts and month-end and year-end close processes.
- Reconcile bank and inter-company accounts.
Compliance and taxes
- Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate income tax, GST/VAT, and payroll taxes.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
Budgeting and controls
- Track expenditures, analyze financial data, and assist with annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor financial policies, verify supplier invoices and LPOs, and implement audit recommendations.
