Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects, including process optimization, system implementations, and reporting enhancements.
- Work with CFOs, finance teams, and stakeholders to define business needs and improve finance processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements throughout transformation projects.
- Oversee change management for adoption of new systems, automation, and best practices.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks to deliver transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant with ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or CPA qualification; essential.
- Strong experience in finance transformation, process optimization, or financial system implementations.
- Expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance.
- Ability to translate complex financial requirements into structured transformation plans.
- Proven project management skills, including leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management with finance leaders and executive teams.
