Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support customer invoice preparation, processing, tracking, and resolution of billing discrepancies.
• Monitor overdue receivables and assist with cash collection and collection tracking.
• Allocate and reconcile customer payments; investigate unapplied cash and payment discrepancies.
• Maintain billing and collection records and prepare reports on billing, receivables, collections, and cash performance.
• Coordinate issue resolution across Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams.
• Support month-end billing, receivables, and cash activities and identify process improvements.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or student in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data; good communication and follow-up skills.
• Organized, proactive, comfortable working across teams, and willing to learn finance systems.
