Role overview
Helios Towers is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Analyst to support and optimise its SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment.
The role supports finance, procurement, and asset management functions across multiple operating companies.
Location
- The role is listed in London Liverpool Street.
Role responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor platform performance and stability using SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Fiori.
- Provide second- and third-line support for SAP issues and incidents.
- Support integrations involving SAP systems, SAP BTP, APIs, and external applications.
- Coordinate upgrades, releases, patches, and change management.
- Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement for business stakeholders.
- Maintain governance, security, and compliance across the SAP landscape.
Requirements for the role
- Experience administering SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments.
- Strong SAP Fiori and SAP cloud architecture knowledge.
- Experience with SAP roles, authorisations, and identity access management.
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM and system monitoring.
- Experience supporting international or multi-country environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good organisation, problem-solving, prioritisation, and proactive working practices.
Desired skills
- SAP BTP and integration experience is desirable.
- Infrastructure, telecoms, multinational organisation, or emerging market exposure is desirable.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance and Supply Chain module knowledge is desirable.
- Project coordination and change management experience is desirable.
