BAM UK and Ireland is recruiting a Finance Systems Analyst to join its finance team.
The role supports SAP finance systems, projects, user communities, and business partners.
Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and prioritize helpdesk calls for 2nd and 3rd line support.
- Mentor junior staff on complex issues and maintain processes and documentation.
- Manage project work plans from initiation through launch.
- Analyze support issues and identify improvements toward SAP standard processes.
- Assist with user administration, master data, and predefined standard changes.
- Support project initiatives, user training, and SAP knowledge sharing.
- Manage SAP security and authorizations for BAM UK and Ireland.
- Undertake SAP and financial systems process and access audits.
What you bring
- Hands-on experience supporting SAP FI/CO, PS, MM, SD, Workflow, and third-party interfaces.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and change or incident management processes.
- SAP Solution Manager ChaRM experience is advantageous.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and similar office applications.
Workplace and travel
- The role is expected to work regularly from the Hemel Hempstead office.
- Frequent travel between locations is required.
