BAM UK and Ireland is recruiting a Finance Systems Analyst to join its finance team.
The role supports SAP-based finance systems and their improvement across the business.
Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and prioritize helpdesk calls for second- and third-line support.
- Mentor junior staff on complex issues and maintain team processes and documentation.
- Create project work plans covering the full project life cycle.
- Analyze support issues and identify improvement opportunities aligned with SAP standard processes.
- Assist with user administration, master data, standard changes, and project initiatives.
- Support SAP training and knowledge sharing with users and the wider business.
- Manage SAP security and authorizations for BAM UK and Ireland.
- Undertake SAP and financial systems process and access audits.
What you bring
- Hands-on experience supporting SAP FI/CO, PS, MM, SD, Workflow, and third-party application interfaces.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA and change or incident management processes.
- SAP Solution Manager ChaRM experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and similar office tools.
Working pattern
- The role is expected to work regularly from the Hemel Hempstead office.
- Frequent travel between locations is required.
