Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Finance Specialist to work on a contract basis.

This role involves applying financial expertise to train next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input that shapes how models learn, reason, and perform.

Your domain knowledge in finance will directly contribute to the development of advanced AI models across industries.

This is a unique opportunity to merge finance expertise with cutting-edge AI technology in a global, remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and maintain robust financial models to forecast business outcomes and support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Prepare accurate, timely financial reports using advanced Microsoft Excel skills and financial reporting tools.
  • Ensure strict adherence to accounting principles and regulatory compliance across all financial activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support data-driven decisions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance and reporting efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting is required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with financial reporting tools and accounting principles to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to conduct cost optimization initiatives and identify financial inefficiencies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive financial insights.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements relevant to financial operations.
  • No prior experience in AI is required—domain expertise in finance is the key qualification.
