Financial & Accounting Operations • Review journal entries, accruals and adjustments. • Ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes. • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. • Oversee accounting and financial tracking of vendor funding, rebates and trade promotions in line with contracts. • Reconcile vendor statements and balances, ensuring accuracy of payables, claims and deductions. 7-Eleven Global Solution Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace. Balance Sheet Reconciliation • Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations on a periodic basis. • Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items. • Monitor aging items and drive corrective actions. • Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness for all reconciliations. 3. Financial Analysis & Reporting • Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and performance evaluation. • Analyse variances, trends and key financial metrics related to merchandising. • Prepare management reports, dashboards and insights for stakeholders.
