About This Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Secretary to support our CFO.

The ideal candidate will assist with financial documentation, coordination, and communication while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the finance department
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain financial records and documents
  • Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and correspondence for the finance team
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Support data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as Finance Secretary
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or finance support role
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
