Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Strategic Project Lead, Finance to work on a full-time basis.

This individual will oversee the design and execution of workflows that structure, optimize, and manage large-scale data pipelines, ensuring the highest standards in data integrity, scalability, and quality.

As a key player in the finance domain, this role will have a significant impact on the development of frontier AI models, working closely with top AI labs and managing teams of talented domain experts.

The finance industry will benefit from the expertise and leadership of this strategic project lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own projects end to end, ensuring top AI lab clients are extremely happy with the delivery of high-quality data pipelines and expert feedback.
  • Manage and optimize complex, finance-specific data pipelines, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability to meet the evolving needs of AI labs and enterprises.
  • Lead and manage teams of human data managers and leads, reviewing the work of subject-matter experts in finance to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Communicate directly with top AI labs on massive, high-impact projects, providing strategic guidance and expertise to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with human data engineers to design and implement workflows that improve data operations and reinforce learning environments for AI models.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of data operations, with expertise in designing and optimizing large-scale data pipelines and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, including AI labs, domain experts, and data engineers.
  • Deep knowledge of the finance domain, with experience in working with financial data, models, and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision making and optimize business outcomes.
