This is not a "quiet" accounting role. You will be the architect of our financial workflows, ensuring that our back-office operations move as fast as our algorithms. You will sit at the intersection of Finance, Tech, and Operations, optimizing how we bill, spend, and grow. Your Strategic Mission

• Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day finance functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Treasury, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
• Process Engineering: Design and implement robust "Order-to-Cash" and "Procure-to-Pay" workflows that can scale with our rapid international expansion.
• Cash Flow Optimization: Take full ownership of working capital management, improving collection cycles and optimizing vendor payment strategies.
• Compliance & Tax: Oversee UAE VAT filings and ensure the organization is fully prepared for Corporate Tax requirements and external audits.
• ERP Stewardship: Act as the primary business lead for our financial systems, ensuring data integrity and pushing for 100% digital documentation.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with the Sales and Engineering teams to streamline contract billing and project-based cost tracking.
• Team Mentorship: Lead and develop a lean finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and professional growth.

Who You Are

• The Ops Expert: 7+ years of experience in Finance Operations or Financial Management, ideally within a Tech, SaaS, or high-growth professional services environment.
• Qualified: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, or CPA) is highly preferred.
• The Systems Thinker: Deep experience with modern ERPs (NetSuite, Odoo, or SAP) and a track record of using technology to automate manual accounting tasks.
• The UAE Specialist: Thorough understanding of UAE Labour Law, VAT regulations, and the local banking landscape.
• Decision Maker: You don't just report problems; you bring data-backed solutions. You are comfortable making calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicator: You can explain complex financial bottlenecks to developers and strategic goals to accountants with equal clarity.
