Financial Accounting

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Reconcile bank accounts and prepare bank reconciliations.o Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and submit tax returns (income tax, sales tax)

Payroll Processing

• Process payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and taxes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Prepare and submit payroll reports.

Financial Analysis

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and assess financial performance
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management
• Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.

Foreign Remittance Management

• Manage foreign remittance transactions, including currency exchange and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of foreign remittances.

Data Entry And Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Enter financial data into accounting software
• Prepare and maintain financial files and documentation

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting. (ACCA , CPA , CMA)
• 3 years of relevant experience & 2 years of Accounting and finance experience in UAE
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience

• UAE: 2 years (Preferred)

License And Certification

• ACCA, CMA, CPA qualification (Preferred)
