Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Finance Manager to partner with Supply Chain leadership in driving financial planning, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making.

This is a high-impact role requiring strong analytical capabilities, financial modelling expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Supply Chain and Operations leadership to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for supply chain operations.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support operational and capital expenditure (CapEx) planning.
  • Perform detailed cost analysis and independently calculate operational costs, productivity metrics, and investment requirements.
  • Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, insights, and business cases to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost-efficiency initiatives.
  • Support long-term capacity planning and network optimization through financial analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • .Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in Business Finance, Operations Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or FP&A
  • .

Experience

  • working with multinational organizations, preferably within E-commerce, FMCG, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain environments
  • .Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management experience
  • .Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and reporting
  • .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
  • .Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
  • .

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, or Fulfilment operation
  • Exposure to CapEx planning, network expansion projects, and operational cost optimization initiative
  • Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven organizations.
