Oudlover Company is seeking a highly capable and results-driven Finance Manager to lead and strengthen its financial operations.
This role is critical in driving financial performance, optimizing cost structures, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
Role Overview
- The Finance Manager will oversee the company’s financial framework with a strong focus on:
- Enhancing profitability and maximizing return on investment (ROI)
- Managing cost efficiency and optimizing expenditure
- Ensuring effective cash flow and liquidity management
- Supporting senior management with accurate financial insights and analysis
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts, with variance analysis.
- Manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and operational continuity.
- Analyze financial and operational performance, providing actionable insights to improve margins.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls and risk management practices.
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions.
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi financial regulations and tax requirements.
- Provide timely financial reports and dashboards to support executive decision-making.
- Optimize working capital and improve overall financial efficiency.
- Support financial digital transformation initiatives and ERP system enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in finance, with supervisory exposure.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Advanced knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
