Role Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented

Finance Manager And Finance Director

to lead the organization's financial planning, reporting, governance, and performance management functions.

This role is responsible for ensuring financial integrity, optimizing resource allocation, supporting executive decision-making, and driving sustainable business growth through effective financial leadership.

The role will oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting to provide timely and accurate insights into business performance.

Responsibilities include analyzing financial results, identifying trends and risks, developing financial models, evaluating strategic initiatives, and recommending actions that improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include leading the preparation and review of financial statements, overseeing month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and maintaining strong internal control frameworks.

The Finance Manager / Finance Director will also support capital planning, investment evaluation, financial risk management, audit coordination, and regulatory reporting while promoting sound financial governance across the organization.

The role will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic planning, business performance management, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives within the finance function.

Additional responsibilities include developing financial policies, enhancing reporting systems, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), improving financial processes through automation, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

This position requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, advanced analytical capabilities, sound financial judgment, and excellent communication skills to effectively influence decision-making and support organizational success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
Master's degree or professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, corporate finance, treasury management, and financial management principles.
Thorough understanding of accounting standards, internal controls, corporate governance, audit processes, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, financial modeling, and decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with ERP systems, financial planning software, business intelligence platforms, and financial reporting tools is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead organization-wide financial initiatives.
