Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis
- Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Develop financial models, business cases, and performance dashboards to support strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal governance policies
- Establish and maintain effective financial controls, accounting policies, and risk management practices
- Manage treasury activities, cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
- Drive financial process improvements, reporting automation, and ERP system enhancements
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, optimize costs, and support commercial decision making
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing practical recommendations
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, taxation, corporate finance, and internal controls
- Sound understanding of accounting standards, financial governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting software, and Microsoft Excel

Role Description
- We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Finance Manager / Finance Director to lead the organization's financial management and support long term business growth.
- This role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, accounting, reporting, compliance, risk management, and business partnering while providing strategic financial insights.
