Role Description
As an Owner at Tiger Analytics in Noida, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for a business unit or practice area, ensuring that financial, delivery, and growth objectives are met in alignment with company goals.
You will oversee end-to-end client engagements, from opportunity identification and solution design to delivery and long-term relationship management.
Daily responsibilities include guiding cross-functional teams, setting priorities, reviewing project roadmaps, tracking performance metrics, and removing obstacles to execution.
You will collaborate with senior leaders on go-to-market strategies, partnerships, and investments, while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture through mentoring, talent development, and effective stakeholder communication.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in analytics, consulting, technology, or a closely related field, with responsibility for P&L, practice ownership, or business unit management.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, including experience in defining vision, setting targets, and executing growth plans in data, AI, or digital transformation domains.
- Hands-on exposure to Data & AI solutions, platforms, or products, with the ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage senior client relationships, drive account growth, and oversee multi-stakeholder engagements across geographies.
- Experience leading and mentoring diverse, cross-functional teams, with a focus on inclusion, collaboration, performance management, and talent development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with comfort engaging C-suite and executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a track record of delivering outcomes in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; a master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Prior experience in global or multi-location operations, including coordination with international teams and clients,
